This immersive experience is designed to gently guide your nervous system out of stress and into deep rest and regulation. Many of us live in constant “go mode”—tight bodies, shallow breathing, busy minds, and restless sleep. This offering creates intentional space to slow everything down.
We’ll begin with guided breathwork using a breath whistle, a simple tool that naturally supports slower, calmer breathing without effort or counting. Each participant receives a take-home breath whistle to continue nervous system support beyond the studio.
Next, you’ll settle into fully supported restorative yoga, allowing the body to soften and release tension with no strain or expectations.
The final hour is a deeply grounding sound bath, enhanced with steam eye masks to encourage sensory rest and inward focus. You’re welcome to remain still, adjust as needed, or even drift into sleep.
