This gentle, supportive prenatal yoga class helps expecting mothers feel strong, centered, and connected—mind, body, and baby. Designed to ease back pain, improve sleep, reduce stress, and build strength and flexibility, it also prepares the body for labor while fostering a sense of community with other moms-to-be.
